GRADUATE ASSISTANTSHIPS!
The College of Social Work at the University of South Carolina provides more graduate assistantships than any other school of social work in the nation.
All MSW students awarded a graduate assistantship receive a stipend and pay in-state tuition rates.
Graduate assistantships are based on merit.
Full-time students are eligible for a graduate assistantship. Most assistantships require students to work 7.5 hours per week at an assigned position within the College. Some assignments are external graduate assistantships with social service agencies in the community.
Students will receive notification from the Admissions Office upon the receipt of a Graduate Assistantship.
