The Charles L. Gheen Jr. Fellowship was established to assist students with severe family situations that have proved difficult for the applicant to further his/her education (ex. single parent, no family support, loss of both parents, orphan, foster care or organized children's home).
Criteria:
- Qualified MSW/PHD applicant
- Student must explain severe family situations in a written statement.
Selection:
Student selection will be determined by the College's Scholarship and Fellowship Committee

Notification:
Selected student will be notified of award prior to end of semester
