2011 Class (Video)
On January 21, the College of Social Work offered training to prepare our advanced year students for the LMSW certification. The training was conducted by Jennifer Wolff, LISW-CP. The URL for this is http://breeze.sc.edu/p12416493
2010 Class (Video and exam materials)
This class has already taken place on March 20 and March 27, 2010.
However, you may enroll in the on-line version and have access to practice exams, class video, links, resources, etc...
Dr. Nicholas Cooper-Lewter will provide the 
training based on exam preparation guides created by the Association for Advanced Training in the Behavioral Sciences. The College is making arrangements with the publisher to procure the training manuals at a reduced rate for our students. It is not necessary to purchase the AATBS manuals to attend the training. The training will occur on-line.

Instead, candidates receive more detailed information on the actual number of questions they answered correctly. Remember that licensing examinations are really only concerned with whether you pass—provided you achieve a passing score, the number of questions you answered correctly does not have an effect on your license. All that really matters is that you have passed the examination. And your pass will remain a pass even if you have your results transferred to another licensing board.
