Once you've gotten connected to VPN, you can use "FileBrowser" to access your files. Heres a series of steps to install a program called "FileBrowser" on your iPhone/iPad that will let you access servers at USC (your files). 

 What it's for: FileBrowser will let you access files on USC servers.

The IT department at COSW provides:

In order to forward your phone to another number follow these steps:

To START call forwarding:

Pick up your phone and dial * 2 (that's star(bottom left of the number pad) and then the number 2)

Enter the number that you will be forwarding to like this 9-1-xxx-xxxx (Example 9-1-803-777-7777).

Hang up the phone.

 

To STOP call forwarding:

Pick up your receiver and dial # 2 (that's pound (bottom right of the number pad) and then the number 2)

Hang up the phone.

 

 There are four separate pieces of equipment in the Thornwell 127 conference room:

1.       Computer with internet Access

2.       2 Large Screen 52 inch Televisions

3.       Polycom Video Conferencing System

4.       Elmo Overhead Projector

 Enabled Voice Mail is a service that routes your phone messages into an email that can be retrieved using Outlook.  It sends the voicemail message to your email account and you can open it like any other email.  It attached the voicemail message as an attachment (.wav file).  The good thing about it is that now you can save your voicemail messages and play them back whenever.
