MSW Full-time and Part-time admissions deadline for 2012
has been extended to April 30, 2012
All MSW students awarded a graduate assistantship receive a stipend and pay in-state tuition rates.
Graduate assistantships are based on merit.
Only Full-time and Advanced Standing students are eligible for a graduate assistantship. Most assistantships require students to work 7.5 hours per week at an assigned position within the College. Some assignments are external graduate assistantships with social service agencies in the community.
To apply for a Graduate Assistantship (GA) check "yes" in the box on the Graduate School application that asks “Do you wish to be considered for a Graduate Assistantship or Fellowship?” There is not a separate application form for the GA.
Students will receive notification from the College's Admissions Office if they are awarded a Graduate Assistantship.
