Brandon Bennett

Chef Brandon has over 20 years of experience in Southern and Cajun Cuisine. He spent several years on an offshore vessel cooking for over 100 hungry fisherman before relocating to the Carolinas. He is excited to bring an array of cuisine to the students at USC.

Robert "Bear" Evans

Bear grew up in the Northern Neck of Virginia and graduated from Johnson and Wales University.

Kyle Hinton

A native of Charleston, South Carolina Chef Kyle attended The Culinary Institute Of Charleston and has worked in some of the finest restaurants in Charleston. He draws his inspiration from the many flavors and ingredients native to the Southern United States. Chef Kyle has received recognition both locally and nationally for his creativity and attention to detail.

George Lamprinakos

Chef George attended culinary school at USC in McCutchen House and was the Head Chef at Za's on Devine for four years before joining the USC team.

Chef Sam Pagan

Sam Pagan

Sam trained in the U.S. Navy and continued cooking after his enlistment in restaurants throughout Atlanta. He recently seized an opportunity to move to Columbia and work with the homeless population here. After four years at Oliver Gospel Mission, he joined the Carolina Food Co. team.

Cooper grew up in Columbia and attended culinary school in Charleston before moving back and joining our team at USC.

Elizabeth Sudol

Chef Liz is a talented chef from the Northeast who studied abroad at a Michelin Rated Restaurant in Italy before bringing her skills back to the U.S.

Chef Nathan is from Charleston and loves Lowcountry food and BBQ. "If it grows together, it goes together!"

Chef Peter likes to boast that he “proudly hails from the Kingdom of Bavaria." He has an award-winning sandwich inspired by his childhood in Germany.
