UofSC Postdoctoral Association

Formed in early 2014, the UofSC Postdoctoral Association supports and improves the postdoctoral training experience at UofSC by providing opportunities and resources for networking, professional development, social interaction, research and teaching.

All postdoctoral fellows working at the University of South Carolina and prospective UofSC postdocs are invited to get involved with the UofSC Postdoctoral Association by:

  • Joining the UofSC Postdoctoral Association Listserv using the form at right.
  • Emailing the Postdoctoral Association executive officers at UofSCPostDocs@sc.edu.
  • Attending a UofSC Postdoctoral Association event.
  • Learning more about the National Postdoctoral Association, and following the directions below to become a member for free.

The University of South Carolina is a Sustaining Member of the National Postdoctoral Association. This entitles UofSC postdocs, students, faculty and staff to free affiliate membership. To join, visit the NPA registration page, select the appropriate "Individual Affiliate Member" option and complete all required information. Be sure to register with your UofSC email address to receive benefits.
