Children's Dietary Recalls: Prompts, Retention Interval, and Accuracy

Community Partners: Elementary Schools in Richland One, Lexington Three, Lexington Four, and Lexington-Richland Five School Districts in South Carolina

Project Summary: This project uses data collection with fourth-grade children to identify the combination of retention interval and prompts that maximizes dietary recall accuracy. Researchers will also assess relationships of social desirability, food security, body mass index, socioeconomic status, and achievement test scores with dietary recall accuracy.
